  • When is the 2025 annual benefit enrollment?
    • You must enroll online through the benefits enrollment system, beginning October 21st, 2024 through November 5th, 2024
  • When will I receive my 2025 Annual Enrollment Guide?
    • You should receive your annual enrollment guide the week of October 14th, 2024, or view the guide via this site! HERE.
  • Must I participate in the enrollment for 2025?
    • Yes, all benefit-eligible employees are required to participate in the annual enrollment due to the following:
      • This is your once-a-year opportunity to review your current elections, explore different options, and make the right benefit choices for you and your family for the upcoming year!
      • The Flexible Spending Account (FSA) program requires an enrollment annually.
  • Do I need to submit eligibility documents for the medical plan for my covered family members?
    • Yes, if you add a new spouse or child to your medical plan coverage. You need to upload documents to the benefits enrollment system during the annual enrollment period.
  • Are there any rate changes to any benefit plans for 2025?
    • Yes, refer to your employee 2025 Annual Enrollment Guide for plan rates.
  • Are there any changes to medical, dental, and/or vision plans for 2025? Yes, see information below.

  • I was just hired in 2024 and enrolled with my new hire benefits at that time. Do I need to re-enroll for 2025?
    • Yes, to have plan coverage(s) beginning January 1, 2025, you will need to re-enroll with your benefits. Refer to your New Employee Benefits Tip Sheet and employee 2025 Annual Benefits Enrollment Guide for details.
  • Will I get an annual enrollment confirmation form?
    • At the conclusion of your online enrollment you should save your confirmation as directed.
  • Will I get new SummaCare member ID card for 2025?
    • Medical Plan: All newly enrolled employees will receive a 2025 member ID card. Watch your home mailbox as your card will arrive before January 1st
    • Dental Plans: A member ID card is not necessary to obtain services. You may print a member ID card from their website; deltadentaloh.com/summahealth; or call Delta Dental at 800.524.0149.
    • VSP Plans: A member ID card is not necessary to obtain services. Visit vsp.com for information on providers, or call VSP at 800.877.7195.
  • Will I get a new HealthEquity Health Care FSA card for 2025?
    • If your WageWorks HealthCare debit card is expiring this year and you make an election or have a carryover balance, you will be sent a new WageWorks FSA debit Card. Your current WageWorks orange and blue card will remain active and can be used for 3 years from the date of issue so you may not be receiving a new debit card for next year.
