    • Same networks, same tiers
    • Gold: flat dollar copays; Silver: deductible then coinsurance/copay
    • Silver plan has a lower per pay premium
  • Same prescription plan except Specialty drugs are at $300
  • Per pay premium changes effective January 1, 2025; refer to your 2025 Annual Enrollment Guide for more detail

    • Rollover maximum will increase up to IRS allowable amount
