SummaCare health plans will include the following changes effective January 1, 2027
Effective January 1, 2027, Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital in Canton will no longer be a participating Tier 2 provider for the health plan. The provider will be out-of-network and services will not be covered.
At the same time, Aultman Hospital and its affiliated providers will become a Tier 2 network provider effective January 1, 2027.
If you currently receive care at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, we encourage you to review your healthcare needs and discuss continuity of care options with your provider before the transition date. Please visit SummaCare.com to search for other providers and facilities.

Benefits guides will not be mailed to your home. You can access it on this site, Summa@Work's benefits page or TBX/Selerix Enrollment Site. If you'd like a hard copy version, you can pick one up at Main Campus HR or the Gorge HR/Benefits, early October 2026.
Pet Partners enrollment is not available on the TBX/Selerix Enrollment Site. To enroll, call 866.774.1113. Your current enrollment will not roll over; you must re-enroll. Pet Partners will bill you directly.
